(1.0) PREAMBLE
The Government of Kano state through the State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA) with support from the DFID and UNICEF under the rural component of Sanitation, Hygiene and Water in Nigeria Programme II (SHAWN II) hereby invites tenders from reputable contractors for the construction of water and Sanitation facilities in 6Local Government Areas of the State to be performed under a Framework Agreement to be entered into with successful bidders.
