1. INTRODUCTION
The Katsina State Climate Change Secretariat is implementing a strategic initiative to build resilience and promote sustainable development across the State. As part of this effort, we are inviting reputable and qualified Consulting Firms to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for the comprehensive design and packaging of bankable projects focused on climate change adaptation and mitigation.
