1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kebbi State Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (KBAGILE) and intends to apply part of the
proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of contractors for construction of Junior and Secondary Schools in the Southern and Central Senatorial Districts of Kebbi State – Lot 1-5. For this contract, the borrower shall process the payments using the direct payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s disbursement guidelines for investment project financing.
