The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the (Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the services”) include assisting the Kogi State Project management unit in the provision of supervision of works for a two-year period for the three sites listed above and any other subsequent sites as may be cleared and approved. The estimated number of professional staff – months required for the assignment is 120 persons-months covering a period of Twenty-four months. The prospective firm is required to propose a team that will bring an appropriate mix of disciplines, educations, skills and experience, a sound understanding of development issues, and strong international and/or regional experience on similar projects. The consultant firm must be conversant with the ESHS as well as the ESF requirements in a World Bank assisted project.
