1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Kwara State Ministry of Environment is proposing to procure 2000 pieces of customized medium sized (120 litres) of plastic waste bins with wheels and cover for eventual use by households or shop owners to prevent littering and illegal dumping, thereby enhance effective waste management in the state. To this end, interested reputable and competent Vendors with relevant experience and good track records are hereby invited to submit Bids for the proposed project.
