1. INTRODUCTION
His Excellency Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq, the Executive Governor of Kwara State has approved the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Sobi Water Dam. The Ministry of Water Resources in furtherance of the approval is hereby inviting interested, reputable and qualified contractors with relevant experience and good track records in Water Resources Engineering to bid for the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Sobi Water Dam.
