1. INTRODUCTION
The LAGOS UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL is a foremost Tertiary Hospital, providing excellent services of International Standard in patient care, training and research. The Hospital intends to procure Pharmaceutical Drugs and Medical Consumables for her Pharmacy Department.
