1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received an additional financing loan of US$32 Million equivalent from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the cost of the Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise Project-Niger Delta (LIFE-ND), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for the following Consulting and Non-Consulting Services, Infrastructure Support and Procurement of Goods under this project in the National Office, Abia, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo and Ondo states. Specifically, the following Consultancy/Non Consultancy Services, Infrastructure Support and Goods are required:
