INTRODUCTION:
1. The Federal Government of Nigeria on behalf of Ebonyi State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) in selected states of the Federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments for the construction of the underlisted Civil Works.
