The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Developing Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “credit” (hereinafter called “credit” toward the cost of Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES). The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Edo State Coordination Office (SCO) Edo, an implementing agency of the Clients intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Slaughter Slabs, Live Birds Markets and Establishment of Additional Farmer Field Schools. Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) Edo State Coordination Office (SCO) Edo and upon approval by the Bank and will be subject in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financial agreement.
