1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has received Financing in the amount of US $500 million equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the L-PRES and Ekiti State is one of the twenty (20) States participating in the project. The project intends to procure various goods, works and services to achieve its objectives and invite eligible suppliers, service providers and contractors to register their interest for potential procurement opportunities under this project.
