INVITATION FOR TENDERS

1.0 The Ministry of Environment and Sustainability, on behalf of Edo State Government, intends to apply part of its approved budget provision for 2018 to cover eligible payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services contracts to be procured under this budgetary provision. Bidders registered with Edo State Public Procurement Agency, EDPPA are eligible to bid for the project. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders in line with Section 20 and 21 of the Edo State Public Procurement Law 2012 and paragraphs 39-43 of Edo State Procurement Procedures Manual. Bidders are advised to note the minimum qualification criteria specified in Clause 4 of the Instructions to Bidders to qualify for the award of the contract.
