REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AND INVITATION TO TENDER FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE INCORPORATED

1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOF) in the 2023 Appropriation Act for the execution of its mandate of managing all Federal Government’s investment interests, estates, casements and rights as an Asset Holding Company under the Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning. In order to achieve its mandate, MOFI wishes to apply part of the funds in its 2023 appropriation to procure Goods and Consultancy Services. Accordingly, and in compliance with the Public Procurement Act, (PPA) 2007, MOFI hereby invites interested, reputable and qualified Consultants to express interest and submit tender documents for the procurement of the following projects:
