1. INTRODUCTION
The directorate of Technical; aid corps, a parastatal under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in furtherance of its statutory mandates intends to implement some capital projects in the works, goods and services categories in line with the budgetary appropriation for the financial year 2024 in accordance with provisions of the public procurement act, 2007.
