1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the Ministry of Interior (MOI) in the 2023 Capital Appropriation for the procurement of goods, works and services for the execution of policies, programmes and projects towards achieving the mandate of the Ministry.
