INVITATION TO TENDER FOR GOODS, WORKS, PRE-QUALIFICATION & EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR EXECUTION OF PROJECTS IN 2024 APPROPRIATION ACT OF THE MINISTRY

1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated some funds to Ministry of Solid Minerals Development Headquarters, Abuja in the year 2024 Appropriation Act for the execution of Policies, Ministry wishes to Programmes and Projects towards achieving the mandate of the Ministry. Accordingly, the invites reputable Contractors, Service Providers or proven competence and experience to tender for Goods, Works, Pre-qualification & Expression of interest (EOI) for the execution of the following projects in compliance with Section 19, 23 & 25 of Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2007.
