The Federal Government of Nigeria has provided funds in the 2023 Appropriation for the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development (MMSD), now DEMERGED into SOLID MINERALS DEVELOPMENT (MSMD) and MINISTRY OF STEEL DEVELOPMENT (MSD). The Ministries, in pursuance of its mandate, desires to utilize part of the funds to procure services.
