1. INTRODUCTION
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), operator of NNPC/MPN Joint Ventures intends to carry out Welding Quality Assurance /Quality Control and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection Services across all her production facilities. The Contractor shall be able to provide proper material (radioactive – sources) purchasing, handling, control, storage, security, and record-keeping for all purchased materials at all times.
