1. INTRODUCTION
The Modibbo Adama University, Yola in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2007, intends to implement procurement of goods and works under the Tertiary Education Trust Fund TETFUND year 2023 intervention projects, accordingly competent, experienced and reputable companies are invited to submit bids for execution of the projects.
