1. INTRODUCTION
The Modibbo Adama University, Yola in compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2007, intends to implement procurement of goods and works under the 2024 FGN Capital development project, year 2023 TETFUND Special Intervention and Year 2024 TETFUND Annual intervention accordingly competent, experienced and reputable companies are invited to submit bids for execution of the projects.
