1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has provided funds in the 2025 Appropriation Act for the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA). The Authority, in pursuance of its mandate in Land Clearing and Land Preparation aimed at improving the lives of ordinary Nigerian farmers, in creating jobs and ensuring food security, desires to utilise part of the funds to procure Goods, Works and Consultancy Services in various parts of the country.
