1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds to the National Agricultural Seed Council (NASC) in 2023 capital appropriation for the procurement of works, goods and consultancy services for the execution of policies, programmes and projects towards achieving the mandates of the seed council.
