The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank, European Investment Bank (EIB), and Agence Française de Développement (AFD) toward the cost of the Nigeria Identification for Development (ID4D) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Project Vehicles to support operations.
