1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Nigeria Digital Identification for Development project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of software, operating systems, and application of RDBMS licenses for procured IT support infrastructures (servers) for upgraded ABIS (licenses increased to accommodate 250million records).
