INVITATION TO TENDER AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR 2025 CAPITAL AND CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS

1. INTRODUCTION:
1.1 The National Institute for Cultural Organization (NICO) in furtherance of its statutory mandate, intends to embark on the implementation of its 2025 Capital and Constituency Project under various Works, Goods and Services for the financial year 2025 in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2007.
1.2 Accordingly, the Institute invites qualified interested and eligible contractors to participate in the tendering process for procurement of Works, Goods and Services projects under the Institute’s 2025 Appropriation as specified in the summary tables below and detailed in the solicitation Standard bidding Documents to be collected from the Institute.
