1. INTRODUCTION
The National Institute for Legislative and Democratic studies established by the act of parliament in 2011, is an organ of the National Assembly with the core mandate to promote and reinforce the constitutionally assigned roles and functions of parliamentary institutions through research, networking and improving the capacity of the legislative and their Aides via comprehensive training, bill drafting and analysis as well as other support services. The institute hereby invites experienced and competent contractors to submit bids for the following goods and services.
