INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 2024 CAPITAL AND ZONAL INTERVENTION (CONSTITUENCY) PROJECTS

1. PREAMBLE:
The National Institute of Construction Technology and Management (NICTM), Uromi, Edo state, a Federal Polytechnic was appropriated funds in the 2024 budget Appropriation Act. The Budget covers provision for goods, training and empowerment and construction activities to be executed in various parts of Nigeria under Capital and Zonal Intervention (Constituency) Projects. The various activities are grouped into LOTS under goods, works and services.
Accordingly, the institutes hereby invites interested and qualified contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for the execution of the projects as listed below.
