1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 The Federal Government of Nigeria has appropriated funds to the National Senior Secondary Education Commission (NSSEC), a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Education, for procurement of Goods, Works and Services (Consultancy and Non-Consultancy) aimed towards achieving the mandate of the Commission.
1.2 In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007 and other extent guidelines award of contracts in the Federal Public Service, the Commission invites experienced and competent contractors/suppliers/consultants to submit bids/Expression of Interest documents for the procurement of goods, works and services across the six Geopolitical zones of the Country under the Commission’s 2025 Appropriation and Zonal Intervention Projects as listed below:
