1.0. INTRODUCTION
National Sugar Development Council (NSDC) is a Parastatal under the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment and has been mandates to promote investment in the sugar industry with the aim of achieving national self-sufficiency in sugar production within the shortest possible time. The Management of the National Sugar Development Council (NSDC) hereby invites experiences and competent Contractors/Consultants to tender for Lots 1-2 and submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) for Lots 3-8 of the following construction works and conduct of pre-feasibility studies for its 2018 Capital Projects.
