REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTERESTS

1.0 PREAMBLE
A. The Proposed Epe Development Scheme was conceived and intended to be a Site & Services Scheme and Private Sector Development Program (PSDP). The Scheme comprises three (3) Phases. The Phase 1 comprising 8 zones grouped into four (4), covers approxiamately 2, 751 Ha, 1,364 Ha, 1,762 Ha and 2, 112 Ha respectively, totaling 7,989 Ha. It is located between Itoikin Road, Epe – Ijebu Ode Expressway to Igbodu.
Preparation of Detailed Development Plan for all the identified zones became necessary, having successfully completed the Removal of the illegal Developments in all the eight (8)zones in Phase and the subsequent buy-in of all the stakeholders.
