INTRODUCTION
The Federal Ministry of Environment through the UNDP is implementing Global Environment Facility (GEF) funded project in the Niger Delta on Biodiversity Project in four states in the Niger Delta. The project’s primary objective is to contribute to the conservation and sustainable use of globally significant biological diversity in the Niger Delta.
