1.0 The Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service is a regulatory agency under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Supply, with the mandate to harmonize plants, Veterinary and Aquatic resources (Fisheries) Quarantine in Nigeria to promote and regulate sanitary and phytosanitary. The Agency, in pursuance of the Federal Government’s Agricultural Policies aimed at improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians, desires to utilize part of the funds to procure Goods, Works and Services in various parts of the country.
