The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), in exercise of its statutory mandate as the Liquidator of failed banks under Section 62(1)(d) of the NDIC Act, 2023 (as amended), hereby invites interested members of the general public to participate in the disposal of the landed properties and physical assets of Heritage Bank Limited (In-Liquidation). The defunct bank’s assets, which are located in fifteen (15) sites across the nation, will be auctioned in phases to ensure broad participation.
