NOTICE TO GENERAL PUBLIC FOR DISPOSAL OF LANDED PROPERTIES AND OTHER PHYSICAL ASSETS OF HERITAGE BANK (IN-LIQUIDATION)

The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), in the exercise of its statutory powers as liquidator of failed banks under Section 62(1) (d) of NDIC act, 2023, wishes to draw the attention of the general public for the upcoming disposal of landed properties and physical assets belonging to Heritage Bank (in-liquidation) at 36 affected locations across the country. The date for the planned auction exercise will commerce from Wednesday 4^th December 2024 by 10; 00am prompt.
