1. INTRODUCTION
The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) intends to provide funds to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) through its forward programmes for the reconstruction of existing synthetic pitch & construction of a new natural and synthetic pitches with dressing rooms, and construction of Football Hostel at the Package B, MKO Abiola National Stadium Abuja with the associated Consultancy Services. In compliance with the requirements of the FIFA Development Committee, the NFF hereby invites interested, eligible, reputable and competent contractors and consultants to bid for the execution of the following:
