1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigeria Mining Cadastre Office & Centres in furtherance of its vision to provide an independent, efficient and transparent Mining Cadastre System which grants and administers Mining Licences and Permits in accordance with best international practices. The MCO wishes to invite reputable Contractors /Consultants with relevant proven competences and experience to submit tender for execution its 2025 Capital /Constituency Projects in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2007.
