1. INTRODUCTION
The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated funds for the Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency (NNMDA), a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Innovations, Science & Technology in the 2024 capital appropriation for the procurement of Works, Goods and Services towards achieving its mandates. In compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Agency hereby invites interested eligible and experienced contractors and consultants with proven competence to submit tenders and expression of interest for the execution of the following projects:
