1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Nigeria Pipelines and Storage Company Limited (NPSC) is the Subsidiary Company of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) responsible for the Crude Oil deliveries to the refineries, supply and distribution of petroleum products through a network of pipeline and storage depots as well as marine movement of petroleum products by vessels. NPSC intends to rehabilitate Tankers Parking Lot at NNPC/NPSC Kano Depot located at Kano State Capital.
