1. INTRODUCTION
Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) has a requirement to issue CEMENTING AND PUMPING SERVICES contract for the scope of work identified below on NAOC land swamp locations for three (3) years firm period and two (2) one (1) year optional extensions.
