1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) has a requirement to issue HYDRAULIC PULLING UNIT contract for the scope of work identified below on NAOC land and swamp locations for two (2) years firm period each plus one (1) year optional extension.
