1.0 BACKGROUND
1.1 Nigerian Army College of Environmental Science and Technology, Makurdi, Benue State is a beneficiary of the Year 2025 Tetfund Zonal Intervention Project of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund).
1.2 Accordingly, and in line with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the College hereby invites interested and reputable Contractors/Suppliers with the relevant experience and track record to submit Technical Bid for the projects listed below:
