1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Council of Food Science and Technology, a Parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology is desirous of carrying out its capital projects under the 2025 budget. In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Council wishes to invite interested, qualified, reputable and eligible contractors, vendors, suppliers and service providers, with relevant experiences to bid for the Procurement and Execution of the under listed Projects.
