1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission Was Established By the Electricity Power Sector Reform Act 2004, As Part of the Reform Process Documented In the National Electricity Power Policy Of 2001. NERC Is Mandated By The Electricity Power Reform Act (“EPSRA”) And Its Repealing Act, The Electricity Act (“EA”) Of 2023 To Oversee The Nigerian Electricity Sector And Ensure Efficient Industry Operation, Optional Utilization Of Resources For The Provision Of Electricity Services, Establish Appropriate Consumer Rights And Obligations Regarding The Provision Of Electricity Services And Monitor The Operation Of The Electricity Market. The Commission Invites Experienced Ad Competent Contractors/Suppliers To Submit Bids For The Various Projects As Itemized Below:
