1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) Ibadan, Oyo state in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007 wishes to execute some projects with funds provided by the federal government of Nigeria in the 2024 capital appropriation. Consequent upon the foregoing, interested competent and reputable companies with expertise in the relevant fields are hereby invited to submit tender (technical) for the following listed projects.
