EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. INTRODUCTION
The Nigerian Law Reform Commission was established in 1979 by the Nigerian Law Reform Commission Act Cap N118 LFN 2004 now amended Nigerian Law Reform Commission Act 2022. The function of the commission as set out in sections 5 & 7 of the Act is generally to research, take and keep under review all federal laws with a view to their systematic and progressive development and reform in consonant with the prevailing norms of the Nigerian society.
