1. INTRODUCTION
NIR SAL PLC is a Public Limited Company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) as a licensed Non-Bank Financial Institution. NIR SAL PLC is saddled with the mandate of facilitating the flow of credit and investment to Agribusiness Value Chain players as well as de-risking agricultural lending in Nigeria. In pursuit of its mandate, the need exists to conduct the procurements of key inputs for its Programs and Projects across the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
