This request for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org) on 5th March 2019.
The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme (IBSDLEIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for this loan to facilitate payments for a consultancy firm with demonstrable relevant experience to carry out consultancy for the independent Environmental and Social (E&S) Performance
