The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of implementing the North East Recovery and Stability Program (NERSP) and the FGN intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services through the North East Recovery and Stability Program (NERSP) Program Management and Coordination (PMC) Cell “the NERSP PMC Cell”.
