1. INTRODUCTION
Oando Energy Resources Nigeria Limited (OERNL) intends to issue contracts for Hook-Up and Sectional Replacement of Flowlines and Pipelines covering the scope of work outlined below in OERNL Land and Swamp locations. The contract will cover a period of Three (3) years, with a Two (2) year optional extension period.
Note: A contractor can either bid in Land Area or Swamp Area and NOT in both.
