1. INTRODUCTION
OANDO ENERGY RESOURCES NIGERIA LIMITED (OERNL) intends to issue a contract for the Inspection and Analysis of OERNL Hydrocarbon Facilities covering the scope of work outlined below across OERNL’s land and swamp locations. The contract will be for a firm period of three (3) years, with an optional extension of one (1) year.
